We are the Schillereff Family of Oak Island Farms. Our two generations farm and ranch together on beautiful Sauvie Island, just outside of Portland, Oregon. Whether we are in the cab of a tractor, feeding cows in the field or harvesting our homegrown corn, you can always find us working together. We are a true family owned, family operated farm, only hiring outside hands during the busy seasons. Most days, it’s just us and our loyal Farm Dog Miley who always lends a helping paw!

We proudly raise pastured beef for local families, grow earlage corn for dairy farmers, produce high-quality hay for horsemen and offer custom tillage, mowing and planting services for other local farmers. Our family also owns and operates a premier dog boarding and training facility, Sauvie Island Kennels, all here on this small freshwater island we call home.
