Half Beef Deposit $200
Place your non-refundable deposit on a half beef and you’ll be signed up for our next harvest date! Choose between 100% grass finishing or all-natural grain finishing. Once your deposit is placed, we’ll contact you to schedule a harvest date. After your beef is harvested, we’ll put you in contact with our local butcher to customize your packages of beef. You’ll be able to choose how thick your steaks are cut, the size of your roast, bone-in versus bone-out, ect. All processing fees are paid directly to the butcher shop by the harvest share customer.
We use both Mt. Angel Meats (Mt. Angel, OR) and The Meating Place (Cornelius, OR) for our harvest and processing.

September 2025 Half Natural Grain Finished Beef $4.50/lb
*assessed per hanging weight. Average half hanging weight is 300-450 lbs.
Deposit will be deducted from total amount due. Customer pays cut/wrap processing fees directly to the butcher shop.
