Place your non-refundable deposit on a quarter beef and you’ll be signed up for our next harvest date! Once your deposit is placed, we’ll contact you to schedule a harvest date. After your beef is harvested, we’ll put you in contact with our local butcher to customize your packages of beef. You’ll be able to choose how thick your steaks are cut, the size of your roast, bone-in versus bone-out, ect. All processing fees are paid directly to the butcher shop by the harvest share customer.

Please note: Our quarters are sold as “half splits” meaning you receiving 50% of each cut of beef the half offers. This allows customers to receive their portion of every cut- steaks, roasts, brisket, short ribs, ect. Our quarter beefs are NOT sold as front or hind quarters.
